We have currently have 3 leadership spots open. In fact we have about 8 postions currently in question. Some of the current leaders I feel are not putting enough work in to be wearing the ATR stars.
We don't need people just who want to be leaders and don't want the responsibiltly of being one. Below are some key tips on being a successful leader.
1. Be Active: You don't have to be on everyday. But you need to be very active. If me and Ron can get online almost everyday. Then you can 2.
2. Communication: Know how to talk to other members regardless if you don't like them. Know when to take the mic and use it tactically.....
3. Active Forum member: Post Sumthin!
4. If you are concered of your rank then playing with ATR.......you will have problems. You are a example if you run off playing without the clan. We will have problems.
3. Listen First: ......we have enough cheifs between the main leaders...... we need the best listeners in the leadership positions. To set examples.

Don't let people step on you Gambit & J2snake because we got some hardheaded people in the clan. I wanna tryout for squad leader again if i get it i'll be on more.
