Don't get to concentrated on people not playing each other. You can modify the brackets to get people who are playing into the bracket and kick those who are not playing out.
Even if the brackets are shorten to 8 to 10 players. As long as they played and it was fair.
The onesniper looks willing to play....so if you can squeeze him in as a sub for someone then try.
