I don't get you guys. You call yourself a clan, yet you have what, around 500 members? That's a clan? No, that is not a clan. That's just a group of people wanting to make a publicity stunt and with leaders who have misplaced priorities.
Your best player, ArabKiller, has a KDR of 3.0 right? My clan, AoK (Agents of Khaos), has a player with a KDR of 3.5. We have no more than 20 players. You guys have around 500, so that is the best you losers can do?
Plus, this has got to be the most cornballish fruitcake website I have ever seen. You guys are definitely only into this because of publicity, and have suffered in quality because of it. You have that stupid music playing at the entrance page, then when you finally enter the website after taking in all that fluff, even MORE bad music.
I think you guys need to get a grip on yourselves and stop running your clan like stupid children high on caffeine and sugar. Eliminate all your ****ty and immature players and keep the best, then maybe you morons will get somewhere. Numbers do not matter. You guys look really stupid when you advertise having 500 members on your website as if it makes you look badass. It doesn't. It makes you idiots BELOW the rest.

ATR has recruited some ****ty members. We've come across a 10-year-old brat who was an ATR member on PC MW2. Lousy player, wouldn't shut is annoying prepubescent high-pitched mouth up, and the other ATR member who was playing alongside him was like, "Well, I don't really care man I don't even know him he was just someone in the clan." It's pathetic when a clan recruits such immature kids and where the members don't even know each other even to a small degree. There was another time when we came across another ATR member in PC MW2. I think his name was Setzer. We told him how stupid his clan was, and he ALSO agreed and changed his tag and LEFT ATR! Sad, very sad.
This is a very confused and disordered group here. Listen to your smart members (DEMOCRATIC), and simplify your group. Put quality over quantity.
You know, at first I was just trolling your forums, but now I'm gonna give you all some genuine advice.
Whenever you have hundreds of members in your "clan," you have greatly sacrificed quality. A really good clan has 5-20 members who are at least good players that participate with the group often; I'd say at least some who participate daily and some who participate a few times per week. They should also have a good chemistry when playing together and are committed to doing better. This is how AoK works, and we've done well since we started out. When our clan grew to what it is now, our KDRs improved significantly. Mine alone went from 1.1 to 1.5. Our "sensei" Hostile went from 2.8 to a whopping 3.5. You will hear similar improvements from our other members.
It's ok to have some others who are technically members but don't participate much. Sometimes that happens. You recruit someone who is good, that everyone likes, and who everyone thinks will be active, but they're not or they stop participating after awhile. As a result, overdoing the recruiting can be easily overdone, and this is what ATR has done. ATR has gotten carried away with recruiting. When you have that 5-20 really good members, what more do you need? Anything more, and as I said, you've misplaced your priorities and have sacrificed quality for quantity.
