Main Forum Rules:

ALL RULES APPLY TO EVERY BOARD ON THIS SITE

*Mainly respect everyones posts as you would like them to respect yours. No racial remarks of any kind will be tolerated. As a guest from another site or clan, friend or not it will not be tolerated.

* if you are a part of another clan, we ask you to honor and respect them by changing your name to include your tags.

*No sidebusting anyones threads/posts. IE if someone posts something about a game, joke, story, info etc etc. DO NOT reply saying "well that was pointless, that was stupid etc" if so you will be warned and your post(s) will be deleted and may lead to you being "suspended" from the Public threads for any amount of time.

*No porn, racial pictures, racial jokes, or sexual harassment posting. Or of anything illegal that can lead anyone to being charged legally for. We will not be responsible for actions of the sort and will not defend on your behalf.

** Respect & acknowledge your superiors/staff. If you are bending or twisting a rule and a staff member tells you to stop. Make it so. Back talking any member of the staff that is enforcing a rule will have consequences.
** We do not dance on, excessively shoot, hump, tea-bag dead bodies. Basically if you killed him or hes already dead then your gun already did the "dance" no further action needed.
** We do not taunt like this there is no disrespect. the game is the battlefield. Keep it respectable out there.

In Game Rules!

Code of conduct:
Respect ALL that are part of the EST at ALL TIMES in ALL rooms and lobbies. We've promised to respect you and we need you to respect others.This includes any messages or that are ethnically, racially, religiously or sexually offensive, insulting or demeaning. It also includes messages that are harassing or threatening to others. In other words, if you wouldn't like it said about you, don't say it about others. We are all here to have FUN.


ZERO TOLERANCE
Simply put, anyone or any PLAYER caught cheating by "cord pulling," "wall glitch," "lag switching," "quick/glitch sniping" will be removed from the EST immediately and excommunicated from any further or future TOURNAMENT wars! There will be no cheating or glitching allowed in this tournament. Cheating is defined as any failure to abide by the directions or instructions posted on this forum by us that would purposefully or accidentally give your team an advantage during play.

TEAMS WILL HAVE A ROSTER OF SIX PLAYERS 2 FOR SUBS.
ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE REGISTERD ON THE EST SITE WITH CLAN TAG AND PSN NAME.
ALL TEAMS WILL PICK A TEAM NAME AND CAPTAIN AT FIRST UN MEETING.
EACH CAPTAIN WILL REPORT ALL SUCH MATCHES ON EST FORUMS
You will play with a new team every week until we get to the finals.

> All wars in est will contain maps that are TEN(10) rounds with FIVE (5) minutes
> Respawn MUST be turned OFF.
> Friendly fire MUST be turned on (teammates CAN be killed by friendly fire).
> Target Spotting is to be ENABLED.
>AT4s, RPGs, CLAYMOREs, C4 , 203s,(NO LONG RANGE EXPLOSIVES) and auto shottys will not be allowed.
C4~(ONLY on breach control CAN be used).
if A PLAYER obtains a kill by that banned weapon's use, the infraction will be recorded by the opposing TEAM and the map is to play on AS IS. The TEAM in violation of this rule will forfeit all of their round(s) won for THAT map and the opposing TEAM will be awarded the victory for that map with their respective round(s) won intact.
Repeated abuse of this banned weapons rule will result in that PLAYER removal from THE EST

ALL maps for the entirety oF THE EST can be comprised of Demolition, Suppression, and Control modes only.

If in the first map if the lag is to bad you will leave the game and re-make the room with a new host. IN THE EVENT OF A MASS BOOT SAME RULE APPLYS.

When planting or obtaining a control point, you MUST be in the green circle, if you are caught doing it out of the area it will be a loss of a round for your team.

When each map ends you will be respectful to the other team or you will be either put on suspension or removed from the tournament. NO TOLERANCE FOR DISRESPECT.

There will be no shooting of dead bodies.
No humping, t-bagging, or any disrespectful actions.
Taunting will not be allowed.

Dancing will be allowed only when you sing over the mic.

If the map ends in a 5-5 4-4 3-3.. Tie you will go to a sudden death round, or until one team wins first round. So that means first round won wins the sudden death match.

Have fun. This is a game, and as such should be enjoyed by all who play it. If the game is no longer enjoyable than that is when an individual should stop playing. Don't allow your misery of the game to ruin the experience for someone else.


Rule Amending During Tournament Play

A: During the entire tournament, if there is a discrepancy in the way a Team or player perceives a rule, the way a rule affects another rule in an unforeseen way, or in any instance where something was not covered within the rule sets to begin with, the following procedure will take place.
B: After the Admins find there is a complaint, the Admins will first try to offer an explanation/interpretation to satisfy all parties and to get tourney play resuming as normal again.
C: If the Team captain's feel that the rule or rules DO need to be altered, then the creators will take that and re-work the ruling, both for the immediate instance, if necessary, as well as the long-standing rules we're all to follow during tournament play. Team captain's and Teams will not have a say in HOW the rule is changed, but only to acknowledge that it needs to be altered. The creators will hear opinions on the matter, and change the ruling as they see fit, taking into account the opinions set forth by the TEAM Reps.
D: Once a rule is altered, there will be a forum-wide announcement stating so, but it should fall on your Clan Rep's shoulders to MAKE SURE that your clan, ALL of your clan, is fully aware of the change.
