When did being part of clan ment you complained more then you contributed?
I'm serious here - I don't see why some ATR members are complaining and not doing anything to help contribute to making it better.
Lets try posting good things about ATR.
We usually always control one side of a ranked room.....most clans can't do this. I still don't understand why people complain about the "dead weight" when we have too many in a room anyways?
We dont have Dead Weight, Just untrained members. Which is very easy to fix. I showed Ron what I would like us to do, Jayskills call me, I want to talk to you about some stuff, I sent you a PM with my phone number.
Well when I look at the member pics, let me know witch ones are coming back. I have ask this question over and over, I want to know what old members is returning and I get haft ass* answers.
I don't see many clans out there that are good, we are better than most out there. We do need to crack down on the dudes who are not posting on the website. Glock and Shrimp are great players but we need there help in the forums to get us in the position we want to get to.
Personly all this drama going on is pissing me off, because I have enough drama going on in my real life. Im not with the whole *bitch *****, argueing because someone left. Its done with lets just get down to buisness.
Im not playing with little kids, we are grown *ass men, so I am not holding my tongue for no one. I will contribute as much as I can, but we can't just have Me, Whitetiger, Ron, Jay, and General helping out through the forums.
When we work together we are great, even the guys who are just ok does great. When we don't work together we fall apart. When Ron is in the room everyone cooperates, but if its just Me and a couple of people in the room people don't work together. We need to maintain that teamwork regaurdless if Ron is in the room or not. Show everyone the amount of repect you do Ron because y'all will be lieing to yourself if you say you do.
That is one of the things I agreed with Demo on, but im not going to leave about it. Im going to step up and let everyone know its a serious topic. If I show you respect and you just run over me its a *****ing problem and I will let you know about yourself.
-We need to work an a buddie system, Like we had back in the day. if we are playing a 8vs8, then there will be 4 teams of 2 .... stick to your buddy, and cover his every move. The team should consist of a Point man, and a follow up man. Point man, leads the way, and clears entres, while the follow up man, covers his back ,and rechecks areas, as they move. If point man goes down, Follow up man, should take out the enemie.
-Also need work on OPEN MIC system, only talk when its about clan war. NEVER call out were you are at, cause other team can hear you. Never call out where you are going, you should know were you going, and team mates should also know.
-We need to get atleast 6 of us ready for gamebattles, we have to be in sync with each others movements, and have faith in your team mate to cover your back during wars.
-I will help anyone interested in learnin ways to move tacticaly around map, and help in any way nessarey to better the clan. I can help with entering rooms tacticial, and leap frog tactic well going down hall ways. Camping Spots, great claymore locations, sniper zones, and grenade throws. I can always use input on whatever you can tell me, so please try and help out the best you can. Lets prove to the socom community that we are Truely ABOVE THE REST.
MOE, dont focus on the website stuff, we should be working on in game tactics, and persnally showing each member what we expect of them. Dont get mad if nobody is on the forums, it doesnt mean they arent willing to put in work, it just means they dont go on there computer very often. We need to focus on getting everyone into wars, and wanting to help out in the clan. I will be online most of the day tomorrow. So be online, lets get to work....
