Whats up fellas this is getting crazy. We have 35 members but only little than half play the game. Are roster is full of people that dont play. We need to clear the roster of the dead weight and recriut some kilers. We need to set a higher standard of recriuting people than just giving out tags..thats so lame. Why give out tags if the person has no skills at playing the game? Im tired of getting into a room and losing because we have some people that lack skills to win and dominate. We get into a room and ill call out a plan and we still have people doing there own thing instead of playing as a team. Im getting fed up with this whole thing. Theres complainging about the rules, and rules getting switched after we had everythign already settled. Im serious about the teamwork, im always calling some kind of plan out to work with. And im tired of the hating going on becasue im 4 star general, its not worth it, especially when the clan isnt serious. You cant hold onto people that dont play, let them go. Look how the ATR on x-box was. They had strict rules and look where it got them...to the top. Im saying this, this clan is getting boring, we dont implement rules, we dont use teamwork, people are not online, people dont come to meetings, people are power hungry, we dont war, no one posts on the forums, founders dont play, in fighting within the clan, etc. I put in alot of work for ATR when no one else was or wanted to, and now everything i put in is either erased, forgotten or changed. If i start my own clan, i will have a higher standard of joining. I will still have you guys on my friends list so we can battle, because the way it looks right now, my career with ATR might be done forever.
I can feel your frustration, but I don't think it's the amount of people who are not on that's the problem.
We easily fill one side of the ranked rooms all the way until 3:00 pm at night -- we need to work on the people we do have and there teamwork.
We can't just make everyone perform in game --- we have to start doing wars ourselves and becoming better together. We are not performing because we are not doing wars.
I haven't been on this weekend because I went out of town, when I got back Two people I know was found dead, so I been busy. I understand where Demo is coming from. We have people with Tags, but they are no where to be found on the website. I keep hearing that old members are coming back, and I have yet to see that happen. Also everytime you post in here someone takes it as disrespectful and feels the need to defend thereselves. People are letting friendship hold us back. People remain in the clan because they are cool, but they don't play at all.
Im really thinking about leaving,because the way I want to lead is way different. I want to rule with an iron fist, like ATR on x-box or other top clans in the gaming world. So far it is a joke in the clan, not the people but just the lack of comitment and intrest in clan activities. There are old members coming back and not knowing the situation get attitudes, etc. They think the ATR clan is still the same clan it was when they left. I want to run a tighter ship, with the power to kick out dead weight at the speed of light. Ive been to all the websites of the top 10 teams and they follow there rules like the taliban follow the Qur'an, and in the meen time cutting off the heads of the enemy. I think going my own route might be the best thing for me, then i dont have to deal with the petty things, all the old members can come back and start back where they left off.
I will like to see some commitment aswell. I can't speak for Jay, but im not happy just playing with each other for fun. We need people ready to go hard all the time. I don't see why we are so scared to drop the dudes who are taking up space.
Drop them and host ATR Tryout rooms. So we can get good players. We Bull****ing.
yeah u guys should drop ppl that dont play and when they do get on then they can get in the clan. or u guys can retry them out and see if they have skills and teamwork thats what i would do.
