Dawg, I feel you. Sometimes all the clan members do is complain and throw each other under the bus. I know I sometimes complain but mostly when its waranted. We need to be careful about the new members we bring in....we need to make sure they are ready to be team players before we just give them taggs. Not be as mean as i was the other nite but definately dont just let them into the fam without talking to them first.
Also, try to cut back on the little kids who cant listen. Well, we have grown ppl n this clan that dont listen and casue all the ruccus soooooo. I dont know..
The clan is different now from when i joined over a year ago. We had a better skilled members that all could listen and follow commands. Also, They provided better assistance with strategy. I remember the 1st time i warred w/ATR we chose Antenora breach and I was amazed with the organization and tactics. We have lost a lot of that comradery and skill set.
In my opinion the word clan stands for unity, trust, bravery, and love. I don't mean love like kiss kiss hug hug I mean like you care for one another, that you would fight with them, at there side. NOT aginst them etc.
I think that REAL ATR members don't fight with ATR members. If your real you don't fight with members, you stand up for them.
I believe Ron that you are doing everything in YOUR POWER that you can do. it is up to the REAL ATR members to come to the top and sift the bad members if you catch my drift.
Come-on guys we are Above The Rest, I have herd talk about Below The Rest rosters etc. Guys we are NOT a clan to down grade members, we stand up for them.
So in Laimen's Terms: Stop being rude ****s and start being a clan.
Sh1t say no more.....I gotta admit I myself has to step it up a lil and be more active on the mic.....but the reason I'm not is cuz i have a lil speech impediment, stumble over my words, and get at a loss of words sometimes from that crazy accident i got into cuz I had some frontal lob and right cranial brain damage......but **** it, if i sound retarded i sound retarded.....i just gotta start not givin a fuk cuz its something I'm stuck with without a choice.....but i thought i'd just let ya know that cuz i know its a little obvious when im on the mic n **** sometimes....but dont get it twisted, I sure as hell aint no shock nigga or nuttin like that, trust.
