Everyone in the clan puts it in there quotes, but it seems like your not atr 4 life. Killer, every clan has its problems, it just needs more displain, and a better chain of command. I know I DONT PLAY THAT MUCH, but its not because i dont have time, its because every time i join a game, nothin but, teamkillin by (rotty), No teamwork, NO OPEN MICS inforced, no one is takin charge, i would but its not my place, and even i tried, most of you would Hate on me, just like when RON MADE me a leader, (Jayskills). Alot of members just need to GROW UP. Stop all this stupid sh*T.
-So RON you want to know whats wrong in the clan. heres a list: 1.TEAMWORK, Not just big groups of ppl rushin certain places, how about 3 different groups rushing 3 opposite places. 2. OPEN MIC, keep the mic open, at ALL TIMES, only talk when its about the game, dont talk about passed rounds. 3. NEW! chain of command, one that works, one that would inform everyone who they should listen too, during wars. Squad leaders is a good idea, but not being used right. 4. VOTE! Squad leaders should be first voted on by ATR MEMBERS, then top 3 results should be voted on by the 4, 5 star leaders. 5.Website Forums: Every member should be active on forums, so we can know what the clan is doing, if not on for a couple days. 6. Last thing, Respect for EVERY member, stop talkin so much SH*T to your CLAN MATES, theres no need for that. It cause drama that isnt nessary. We need to be able to depend on EVERYONE to get there kills, and not do stupid sh*t to misrepersent the clan.
TO ALL THAT LEFT, AND ESPECIALLY KILLER, JUST REMEMBER THAT ATR WAS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE THERE, WE AINT GOING KNOW WERE. ITS UP TO RON, IF HE WANTS YOU BACK.KILLER YOU SHOULD JUST TRY AND CHANGE THE CLAN, AND NOT JUST GIVE UP, IT NEVER GOOD TO GIVE UP, I HAVE ALOT OF xp WITH MANY CLANS, AND YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THE SAME THING ATR HAS.

Ok jay, i dont really care about that, im just pissed that it has gotten so out of hand. I just know that you didnt think i should've of gotten the leadership postion, but alot of ppl thought that, its because everyone wants to be a leader, but most cant, because they havent delt with leading a clan. I know what it takes to be a leader, Ron seen it, If ron says that person should be a squad leader then everyone should just say "congrats, good job" not "damn, looks like anyones a leader know of days." But i dont really care about that sh*t.

We just need to revamp are leadership (squad L). Ron i need to talk to you, ill be on tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5pm PST. i get off work around 4pm, i have some great ways we can improve the clan. We just need to inforce them.
