Prolly because this is a public forum hosting company and they dnt want big avatars clogging their bandwith. U should complain. 100 pixels is wayyy small for an avatar...email them and say "unlock size restrictions or we'll hack your servers and shut down your whole service...we got the guy who invented the famous LoveLetter Virus" lol hehe
