Background information:

1. I asked JaySkills to put up a private section on the forum for tactics. He dodged the question and kept putting it off.

2. I created a forum http://www.atfreeforum.com/abovetherestcla/index.php?mforum=abovetherestcla for tactics and spent about an hour-an hour and half making sure everything was secure and appealing to the eye.

3. He sends me a private message. "why would you redirect traffic away from the site?  I  never said I wouldn't put up the private forum -- I said you could do it yourself.  I set up the forum."

4. He makes a forum that anyone who registers can view, which defeats all purposes of a "private" forum.
