1.Get proper amount of players for each tournament session (August 16th/17th). I will reutrn on July 17th, possibly in time for tournament.
2. Make a game plan for both Thursday and Friday. With a defensive plan and offensive plan, feel free to get someone else to make it. Send it to everyones Socom mail box (Not posted on site). Members can access it to print it off on the SCEA website.
3. Record every player that shows up for each session, for me so I have some idea on who is being active and not. As well as who did not show up that was suspose to.
4. Record the medals on each map/session, as if it was one 3 map war. Don't be afraid to give good and bad conducts as well as purple hearts for big plays.
5. Have subsitions if you have enough players to even have that possible.
6. Don't be afraid to ask questions to referres as well as call refs on illegal players, soft spots, quick snipes or anything else. And also get [AE69] Tigress for a ref on the THC game.
7. If running behind remember you have 15 minutes after the 10EST start time.
8. You must have atleast 8 players to play.
9. Take leadership, remember you are the main leader and make it happen.
