This is the email I recieved from a tournament I applied for, I am not giving out the password for the room. I clipped that out of the email.

the tournament starts next week and we have 8 full spots. Im not sure about one clan because an ex leader disbanded the clan and the current leader is trying to put the clan back together. Ive been telling the webmaster of the site to take down the form and put up the bracket. So i guess just show up to the meeting room next week. It will be at 8:30 in us west ranked the room name will be nso tournament. as of right now you arent in, but im pretty sure the clan i mentioned will drop out so ill let you know whats going on when i know more.

Heres what he sent all the other leaders:
The Tournament will begin in 2 weeks. Next friday (4/13/07) There will be a meeting room about the tournament. The room will be called N$o Tourney. It will be in Us west ranked with the password **** (I HAVE IT) at 8:30pm Eastern time. YOU MUST SHOW UP. If you cant make it have someone else from your clan come but let me know ahead of time so i know who to expect at the room. IF NO ONE FROM YOUR CLAN IS THERE YOU WILL BE OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT. Only 1 rep per clan though. The seeding was done by order in which your clans signed up. The seeds dont matter at all other than who you play in the first round.The Bracket will be up on www.newsocomorder.com shortly. Start thinking about a map for your clan and i expect you to have one ready for the meeting room. New and old maps are allowed. Here are the rest of the rules for the tournament:
-NO GLITCHING OR QUICK SNIPING
-NO M203's or RPG's (Unless the board has tanks)
-We will play 1 match a weekend. Each match will be decided by the best of 3 games. You must let the opposing clan leader and myself know of the map you are choosing along with what side you are choosing before the match is played.
-If no map is selected ahead of time and given to myself and the opposing leader, the opposing leader gets to pick their opponents map.
-Clan leaders have a 3 day window to schedual the match. Each match will be played between the friday and sunday of that week. once you find a time and day that works for both clans email me to let me know the details.
-The tiebreaker is going to be Killing Fields Demolition.
-The modes you can choose will be limited to Demolition and Suppression maps because they are the fairest modes of play. 
-The tournament will be double elimination stlye. You have to loose twice to be eliminated from play.
-Each game will be 16v16. If you cant get 16 for that day you will have to play shorthanded.
-Winners should be reported to me asap so the bracket can be updated.
-Any issues with these rules should be emailed to me or brought up at the meeting room.
Heres the bracket you will likely be filling in for markd4death and play my clan in the first round.Im about 95% sure your clan will get a spot as long as you show up.

What do you think our map should be? Echelon is probly our best map as of now

The tournament is only during the weekends. And I just recieved an email saying there is no limit on players, but he may want a list depending on the what the meeting on the reps say on friday. So I ask that someone on roster 3 writes down the current players so that I can be ready to send this if need be. And when is the best day for us to war?? Friday the 13th, or Saturday the 14th? We could also war early on the 15th.

The bracket we are currently in is http://www.bracketmaker.com/tlist.cfm?tid=215774, we are not currently on the bracket because the mark4death clan has not droped-out. But we are 95% sure they will because there clan was disbanded and is getting re-built.

I have just got an email saying that I must give them a list of members. Any members who would like to compete must be on there best behavior or you will not be added to the list!

We will try to schedule a war against the clan before the tournament, so we can see there playing styles and so we can practice there map.

I now have recieved an email saying I do need a list of members. Any member acting out will not be added on the list. Me and Ron are currently watching for members acting out. So keep your cool.


I am now going to post the N$O tournament in more sections.
