New Welcome/Splash Page and Logo!!

Why don't someone design a new logo and splash page for the website?  Ron has already complained to me that the first page we have has to go.  So if you want to design something that looks really cool. Please do.


Requirements.
It must be red and black (i'm not redoing the entire site)
It must be high resolution. (It must be big as hell)

It only has to be a .jpg image.....or .gif.  You won't have to worry about creating a webpage.

Desktop is good.........the bigger the better.....the more resolution the better.
